Introduction
Disfruta Paraguay, ("Company", “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your concerns about privacy.
This Disfruta Paraguay Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of your personal information when you use the Disfruta Paraguay (“Service”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Service and must immediately terminate your use of the Service.
1. What information we collect
We collect information directly from you, from third parties, and automatically through your use of the Service
- When you create an account and profile on the Service, we collect your name, email address, user name, gender, birth year, languages you can speak and travel information that you provide to us. Further we may collect additional information, such as birth date, city, country, postal code, billing address, your personal interests, phone number and profile picture. Once you create a profile, others will be able to see certain information about your activity on the Disfruta Paraguay Website, such as the information you post, your bio, your social media link, your profile picture, your interest or information regarding your personal interests.
- When you login with a third party account, we receive information about you from third parties including from other companies such as Facebook, Apple, Google, LINE, Twitter, Snapchat or Kakao. For example, we will get access to information such as your social media account information, nickname, email address, date of birth, gender, profile information and your friends list (depending on your choices).
- We collect the content you submit to the Disfruta Paraguay Website. This includes your posts and comments, including saved drafts, videos, audios, your broadcast and your private messages with other users (e.g., chats, comments), and your reports with moderators and with us. Your content may include text, links, images, gifs, audio, and videos.
- We collect information about the actions you take when using the Disfruta Paraguay Website. This includes your interactions with content, provided by yourself and other users. This includes liking or up- downvoting a post, reporting comments, posts or users, joining our group chats, video calls or any sort of activity or messaging tool. This also includes the information you provide regarding other users. For example, for our own data analytics, we collect whether or not you voted someone as good or bad Disfruta Paraguay. Further we collect information regarding your subscription plan and certain travel information you provide to us (e.g., traveler, expat, local).
- When you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly from us (rather than through a platform such as iOS or Android), you provide us or our payment service provider with information, such as your debit or credit card number or other financial information.
- When you choose to participate in our promotions, events or contests, we collect the information that you use to register or enter.
- When you win a prize from a promotional event, or when you decide to participate in our rewards programs, We collect information such as, a copy of identification card, your name, account information.
- When you participate in surveys, focus groups or market studies, you give us your insights into our products and services, responses to our questions and testimonials.
- We and our third party providers use cookies, log files, pixel tags, local storage objects, and other similar technologies to automatically collect information about your activities, such as your searches, page views, date and time of your visit, and other information about your use of Disfruta Paraguay service. We also collect information about your web browser or mobile device in connection with your use of the Disfruta Paraguay service such as your browser type, type of computer or mobile device, browser language, IP address, mobile carrier, unique device identifier, and requested and referring URLs. We also receive information when you view content on or otherwise interact with the Disfruta Paraguay Service, even if you have not created an account.
2. Information We Collect Automatically

- Provide, maintain, develop and improve our Disfruta Paraguay Services. This may include the process of transactions and is done to further improve our development of new products and our Disfruta Paraguay Service.

- To help you connect with other users, so we recommend you other users to meet or show users’ profiles to one another.
- Process orders, payments and refunds and deliver to you our products that you purchase through our Service and allow you to exercise your rights that you have under your contract.
- To display interest-based advertising to you on our Disfruta Paraguay Website, to improve our advertising and measurement systems so we can show you relevant ads and to measure the effectiveness and reach of ads and services. It is in our legitimate business interests to provide advertising. Where necessary, we will obtain your consent before engaging in this processing.

- To comply with legal obligations, as part of our general business operations, and for other business administration purposes. This processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to serve our legitimate business interests in complying with the laws to which we are subject.
4. How We Share Information

- We share your information with third-party service providers who use this information to perform services for us, such as payment processors, hosting providers, auditors, advisors, consultants, customer service providers, as well as service providers who assist us in providing the Ad Services.

Please be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is information that you feel comfortable with being visible for other people. If someone submits a report involving you (such as a claim that you violated our terms), we may communicate information about you regarding this post, to the user who reported your post.

This aggregated data may include the number of unique user views, demographics about the users who saw their ads or content, and conversion rates. Certain features allow you to share your personal information with advertisers on our platform if you choose to do so.

5. How We Protect Your Information

In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services, or third party websites. Finally, we cannot control the actions of users on the platform, who may seek to use third party apps or devices to record, store, or share content or communication without other users' prior consent. Please keep this in mind when using the Services.
We employ technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information that is under our control and that we process on your behalf from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal, both during transmission and once we receive it. For example, we store all information that you provide to us on servers on which security controls are used. We train employees regarding our data privacy policies and procedures, and authorize employees to access personal information as required for their role. We use firewalls designed to protect against intruders and test for network vulnerabilities. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Where you have a password, which enables you to use our services, you are responsible for keeping your password complex, secure, and confidential. If you would like to update or change your password, you may select the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. You will be sent an email that allows you to reset your password.

- Our Service is based in South Korea. Information about you will be transferred to, and processed in, South Korea and countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country and, in some cases, may not be as protective. We have taken appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to require that your information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Once our relationship with you has come to an end, we will retain your personal information for a period of time that enables us to maintain business records for audit purposes, comply with record retention requirements under the law, and defend or bring any existing or potential legal claims.

- You have many choices about your data.
- You can update and correct most of your personal data through your account. If this is not possible, you can ask us to update your data, particularly in cases of inaccuracy, by contacting our Customer Support (rafaelcostapalma@protonmail.com).
- You can opt-out of email marketing and push notifications using the Email and Push Notification options in your Account and Settings Page. You may also opt-out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions contained in the communications we send you. If you opt-out, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as emails about your account.
- You may determine whether certain information about you will be visible to others by navigating to "Profile" and “Setting” on our website and editing your options.
- Please note that if you unsubscribe from our marketing communications, we will still send you service messages to provide you with necessary information in relation to your contract and the Service you use (for example, to update you on changes to our Terms of Use).
- You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting rafaelcostapalma@protonmail.com. Even after you deactivate your account, we may retain certain information as required by law, for legitimate business purposes or to protect member safety. If your account is deactivated, our Service will provide access to the data associated with the deactivated account upon receipt of the required legal documentation.
- You have the ability to turn location-based services on and off by adjusting the settings of your Internet browser or mobile device and by following the standard uninstall process and removing our Service application from your device. Doing so, however, may mean that you cannot use all or a portion of our Services.
- Most web browsers are set to accept Cookies by default. If you prefer, you can choose to set your browser to remove or reject first- and third-party Cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject Cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Services. - You may delete your account information at any time from the profile page. You can also submit a request to delete the personal information our Service maintains about you by following the process described below this table. When you delete your account, your profile is no longer visible to other users and disassociated from content you posted under that account. Please note, however, that the posts, comments, and messages you submitted prior to deleting your account will still be visible to others unless you first delete the specific content. After you submit a request to delete your account, it may take up to 90 days for our purge script to complete deletion. We may also retain certain information about you as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- However, these rights may be limited, for example if fulfilling your request would reveal personal data about another person, where they would infringe the rights of a third party (including our rights) or if you ask us to delete information which we are required by law to keep or have compelling legitimate interests in keeping. We will inform you of relevant exemptions we rely upon when responding to any request you make. 9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
- Our services are restricted to individuals who are above the age of 18. We do not permit individuals under the age of 18 on our platform. If you suspect that a user is under the age of 18, please use the reporting mechanism available on the Disfruta Paraguay Website.

- Some mobile and web browsers transmit "do-not-track" signals. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.

You will need access to the email account associated with your Disfruta Paraguay account in order to verify your identity and complete this process. Because we only collect limited data about individuals without an account, we are unable to verify requests from non-account holders to the standard required by the CCPA.

Our service does not "sell” or "share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. - California residents can empower an “authorized agent” to submit requests on their behalf. We will require authorized agents to confirm their identity and authority, in accordance with the CCPA
